ABBTF was established to ensure there is an adequate, competent bricklaying/blocklaying workforce to support the demand for brick and block as a construction material and improve the standing of bricklayers and blocklayers within the building industry.
ABBTF are sponsoring the program to raise the image of bricklaying and provide personal development opportunities for a select group of young tradesmen.
This group provides an example to others who aspire to be successful in the trade and their on-going career path.
