Joe Reed
A two time winner of the HIA’s Apprentice of the Year, Joe launched his own business in 2009. He has, from the start of his career, demonstrated a thirst for knowledge and has always shown a commitment to producing high quality work with the goal of perfecting his craft. He has overcome obstacles in being profoundly deaf, and since starting his own company has taken the opportunity to employ other hearing impaired workers to ensure that they receive the same opportunities and support that he himself received in his training. He constantly looks for ways to challenge traditional practices to improve efficiency in his work.
